☆Payments
After the submitted documents have been reviewed, school will carry out the necessary procedures required by the Immigration Bureau to acquire visa.
Applicants are required to pay processing and registration fees directly to the school or through a wire transfer. The processing fee is non-refundable.
When the school notifies the applicant that the application process is successful, the applicant is required to pay the tuition and student insurance fee. Upon the confirmation of payment, the school will forward the necessary documents, which are required by the overseas Japanese Consulate to grant the visa.
*Upon the confirmation of payment, the school will send student a transfer certificate and Certificate of Eligibility for a Status of Residence.

Fees
1. 1.6-year students are required to pay the tuition fee for the last 6 months by the due date set by the school.
2. In principle, fees are non-refundable. In particular, processing fee is under no circumstances refundable. Furthermore, fees are non-refundable in the case of cancellation due to natural disasters or wars regardless of whether the student is in the country or not.
3. 2-year students are required to pay the tuition fee for the second year by the due date set by the school. Students can choose between installed payment or a lump-sum payment.
*If the student has not arrived in Japan: A refund will be given if the applicant provides a reasonable explanation.
*If the student has already arrived in Japan: There is no refund.
